Planning on using this hoodie in Glacier on a 4 day trip this summer, and oh boy does it feel great while wearing just around the house. Unmatched weight combined with nice color options make this an amazing deal. Unfortunately the Large was slightly too short on my arms (I tend to wear M or L), but OV made the swap out process seamless and free.

I fell in love with this jacket pretty quickly, light weight and pretty snazzy looking. I do not have the most athletic build.... so I was glad that it wasn't the most form fitting jacket.

I always stress about size if I can't try it on first. Have the Nebo in a large. Perfect fit. Me-185/5'8"/38 waist. I went with the XL..
I like it. I can get my puff-ball vest over it and figure that would take it down in the 20s. I could feel the warmth the moment I put it on. More on how it performs when the cold weather returns. Another great product.

A good night's sleep has always been difficult in the back country for me. I have a thinner light weight pad for my big backpacking trips, but I needed another pad for car camping and shorter hikes. I started a new job were I live out of a tent about 14 nights/month and needed to be more comfortable. This pad was the ticket! I am just over 6 feet tall and 220lbs, so I bottom out on a number of pads if I start rolling over or don't have it fully inflated, hasn't happened on this pad yet! The stretchy top material feels super comfortable with my quilt. I sleep pretty well through the night now and don't have to wake up and roll over every 1.5 hours.

I have the older / origional OV pillow. It was great for back or belly sleepers but being a side sleeper, I would wrap my puffy around the pillow and leave the tail of the puffy under the pillow sticking out. The puffy would add height to the pillow and the tail of the puffy would get smashed under my shoulder to keep the pillow from sliding out from under my head.

The new side sleeper version is thicker with tabs with eyelets. I added a small section (about the width of the pillow) of 1/8" shock cordtothe pillow. This is tight enough to grip into the pad and keep it from sliding out! Wonderful upgrade!

This is the easiest trekking pole tent to set up. It’s roomy and well made. It’s actually my second one that I’ve purchased. I loved my first one so much I gifted it to my Daughter to use as her tent. She loves it too.

As soon as I got this shirt I wore it on a 4 mile hike and that afternoon I wore it fly fishing for a few hours. Awesome shirt, cool enough for hot temps and great for blocking the sun. I’ll be buying more!

It's light, surprisingly windproof. The way the inner and outer layers feel like they've got a springy layer of separation is amazing. It is athletic fitting, ventilates well when you're warm and feels like it dumps heat when you need it to.

Believe it or not my wife has been backpacking for about 5 or 6 years & has never owned a headlamp. I aimed to fix this problem and got her this as a gift. I did a lot of research, and knowing my wife, figured the one that would be best for her. Personally I run the Fenix HM50R V2.0 Headlamp at 2.75oz and I love it but I didn’t think that would be optimal for her but at 1.34oz I do really like this light little headlamp too. At 360 lumens it’s about as low as you can go and still be able to do night navigation. Personally I don’t like less than 400 lumens for that. Then it has lower settings for camp tasks and battery saving. I love, and wish my headlamp had, 2 red light settings. A dimmer and brighter, I still wouldn’t navigate a night trail with the bright red light settings unfortunately, but good for reading or camp tasks & the low red is great for not blinding yourself when you get up in the night to… well… you know. I was a little skeptical of the paracord style head band but it is actually surprisingly comfortable! And fits those with very small heads, aka, me and my wife! lol. I love that, unlike the NU25 UL version, it doesn’t auto dim. I hate auto dim, I don’t even have long hair and it still manages to get in the way for the sensor and randomly dims and brighten. I want control over my tools, not the other way around. I also hate locks, but I’m pretty well alone in my opinion there, because it’s just one more unnecessary complexity and I’ve found that for my it gets in the way more than it is helpful. Still, even with that, operation is fairly simple and straightforward by modern standards and we both love that. I do wish it was a bit brighter but I gotta say, it’s pretty darn good for the price and weight. Worth the draw backs in my opinion. I probably would have gone with the 400 lumen, 1.59oz NU25 if it wasn’t more complicated than this one, but hey, I’ll take the weight shave for a better price and easier to use and operate piece, even if I do have to sacrifice 40 lumen. But my wife LOVES her new toy, and it’s just perfect for her needs.

So soft and comfortable. Really light weight.
