  • Membership product was not created successfully. Please check in Shopify to see if the membership product exists.
  • Membership product is in "Draft" state. Update the product state to "Active".
  • Membership product is not in the Online Store sales channel. Please assign the product to the Online Store sales channel for it to be available on the storefront.
  • Membership product has not been selected to display on the Landing Page. Make sure at least 1 membership product is enabled in the landing page customizer within the "Pricing" section.
