Rock Solid-
Rock Solid items are GRADE A USED items ranging from open-box returns to lightly used but still close to original quality. A very small repair, scuff or snag may be present in some cases but the overall appearance is like new.
Broken In-
Broken In items are GRADE B USED items that are lightly to moderately used. They have been used and washed multiple times. There may be a noticeable repair, discoloration, snag or pick on the item that is in otherwise great condition.
Trail Worn-
Trail Worn items are GRADE C USED items have been well used but retain full functionality. Easily visible repairs or issues (that do not affect performance) are present. Dirt, stains, snags, or other wear and tear will be present but the item will get the job done.
Used Product Warranty Disclaimer- All Used Products sold by OV have been inspected for Manufacturing & Materials Defects and have been found to be free of any need for a warranty claim. But others…well we don’t let cooler temps, mistimed seasons, or mother nature dictate what we can or can’t do.
To us, we require more out of our gear to live life on our terms.
And that’s exactly why we need gear designed for maximum performance, such as the Highline Thermal Leggings.
You could look at thermal leggings as basic. To us, nothing is basic and nothing should be overlooked, so when we decided to design thermals we started by researching and testing a wide variety of fabric options, eventually landing on an ultra lightweight, 100% polyester, japanese fabric that is lofted on the inside through a proprietary method to give you the most loft for the weight in its class.
Not only that but the highline thermals offer great stretch and shape retention without the use of spandex - allowing less weight, faster dry times and more comfort next to skin!
One of the hardest parts of thermals is temperature regulation. Typically you put them on only to find they are too warm 10 minutes later.
When using thermals during the day or sleeping in them at night a common problem is venting in target areas. We’ve added a vented crotch gusset to ensure warmth in the right areas and eliminate overheating in others. This allows you to extend your time in the thermals or sleep more comfortably through the night.
But, we haven’t even gotten to the best part of these thermals.
Yes they are warm, yes they are comfortable, but what do they weigh? - how about less than 4 ounces!
These sub 4 ounce thermals take the edge off of those cold mornings, late nights or brisk winter trips all while packing down to nothing in your pack.

Your Highline Thermal Leggings are a high performance piece of gear. They need some extra attention to keep it performing at the highest level.
Please read through the care instructions below to ensure that you care for them properly:
Before Washing
- Never wash your Highline Thermal Leggings with anything with velcro or similar hook & loop characteristics.
- Never wash your Highline Leggings in a washing machine that has an agitator.
- If you cannot follow either of these prior instructions you should hand wash your product using the detergent and drying process described below.
The Wash & Dry Process
- Machine wash cold
- Do not use bleach
- Tumble dry low heat or hang dry
- Do not iron
