How does Members Pricing work?
Once you've joined the Membership, you'll automatically get discounted prices on any product as long as you're logged into your account! These discounts will be given automatically, so no action is required beyond logging in.
How do Recurring Store Credits work?
Each month, you will be given your subscription fee back as store credit that you can use towards any order. That makes this membership (& all the associated benefits) basically free!
Is the Membership fee a recurring charge?
Yes. Members pay $10 (or $25 for Peak Tier Members) every month for access to the membership program. There are no termination fees or hidden costs!
How can I cancel my Membership?
You can cancel your Membership from your Member Portal at any time. Please note that upon cancellation, you will immediately lose access to all membership benefits. Outdoor Vitals does not provide refunds or credits, including partially used billing periods.
