The Ultralight StormLoft™ Down Underquilt will lighten your pack and improve your sleep with its ultralight design and materials! Our goal was to source the lightest weight fabrics (10D ripstop nylon) and insulation (800+FP down) and then craft them into an ultralight designed underquilt.
The ultralight StormLoft™ underquilt will enable you to shed pounds out of your pack helping you go farther, faster and with less fatigue. The long vertical baffles and contoured cuts keep the down locked into place and reduces the weight even further!
The fully integrated suspension system allows you to quickly adjust the quilts height and tightness with one adjustment point. You can then seal out any drafts with the draft baffle and bungee adjustment!
Live Ultralight by going farther and sleeping better with the StormLoft™ Ultralight underquilt!

Product Care
Your Stormloft Down Underquilt is a high performance piece of gear. It needs some extra attention to keep it performing at the highest level.
Please read through the care instructions below to ensure that you care for it properly:
Before Washing
- Always wash your down product completely alone to prevent down migration.
- Never wash your down product in a washing machine that has an agitator.
- If you cannot follow either of these prior instructions you should hand wash your sleeping bag using the detergent and drying process described below.
The Wash & Dry Process
- Use a mild detergent like Dreft (for babies) or Nikwax (for technical gear).
- Choose Low Spin or Delicate wash.
- Choose Cold Wash & Cold Rinse.
- Hang dry until the sleeping bag is completely dry.
- Then loft and redistribute your down insulation in the dryer by running it for 10 minutes on low or no heat with 3 dryer balls.
Long Term Storage
- Do not store down product compressed long term. Long term compression weakens the insulation's ability to loft and therefore insulate.
- We recommend hanging it in your closet or putting it in a pillow case for storage between uses.

Tested for the first time at around 35 degrees this weekend. I had to take layers off due to being on the warm side - good problem to have as opposed to the cold. It was narrower than I thought it would be but was just the right amount for me (5'11" 215 lbs). It was really compressed on arrival, but I followed the included instructions and it lofted up really well. Overall it works great!
Love it definitely worth the money!
2 budys of mine bought this under quilt for backpacking trips after freezing my ass off and looking around n hearing how warm they were during cold Midwest 20degree nights I instantly knew on arrival that i made the right choice! Used it as a blanket to “break er in” 1st night on the couch n as we know you can’t go wrong with high quality down winter gear!
Love it, fast shipping, great company.
My first experience hammock camping in the winter. New Hampshire has cold nights and I wanted to make it was a good experience. I was warm and cozy. I purchased the under quilt and top quilt. Light weight and built right!
