The DragonWool™ Zip-Off Thermals are built to eliminate one of the biggest frustrations in layering—having to stop, sit down, and remove your boots just to adjust your system. With full-length side zippers, you can add or remove these thermals in seconds, making them one of the most adaptable layers you can carry. Combined with the fast-drying, temperature-regulating performance of DragonWool™, they keep you comfortable through changing conditions without slowing you down.

Designed for movement, not just warmth, these thermals balance breathability, moisture control, and insulation in a lightweight package. The 3/4 length prevents bunching in boots, while the hybrid merino fabric delivers comfort next to skin with faster drying than traditional wool.

Product Care

Your Wool layer is a high performance piece of gear. It needs some extra attention to keep it performing at the highest level.

Please read through the care instructions below to ensure that you care for it properly:

Before Washing

  • Never wash your wool with anything with velcro or similar hook & loop characteristics.
  • Never wash your wool in a washing machine that has an agitator.
  • If your wool layer has a zipper, please zip it up completely to prevent it from snagging during the washing process.
  • If you cannot follow any of these prior instructions you should hand wash your product using the detergent and drying process described below.


The Wash & Dry Process

  1. Use a mild detergent like Dreft (for babies) or Nikwax (for technical gear).
  2. Choose Low Spin or Delicate wash.
  3. Choose Cold Wash & Cold Rinse (add extra rinse if possible).
  4. Hang dry until the product is completely dry.
