It would be nice if more information was included

It would be nice if more information was included with the product. Does it come with bags? Does it come with cleaning gear as other sawyer products do? Am I simply getting the filter? The pictures only show the filter and I haven't seen a description anywhere about what is included. I clicked "contact us" to ask and nothing happened. Might be a me problem IDK but in my opinion more information should be included about the product contents. As a result I am not purchasing this product because IDK what I'm getting.

Bad first impression with outdoor vitals

I would love to leave a good review but it has taken them 6 days just to drop this off to the post office. By the time it gets here(next state over) it will be 9-10 days, 2 days after I leave. No point shopping here when they can’t even take the time to tell me there is a delay. Canceling my top tier membership and just shopping at REI.
