All Warranty Requests, Returns & Repairs start with our Simple Returns Process.

All returns must be in new, unused and clean condition to receive a full refund. Returns that are approved for refunds will be credited back to your initial form of payment.

A $10 Return Shipping Fee will be deducted from all returns but it will be waived on returns caused by Outdoor Vitals.

A resolution for your issue will be determined after your item has been received and inspected. No pre-selected resolution is 100% guaranteed, you will be contacted by our support team after you item is received, with options for how to resolve your issue.

If you select, "Request a Repair" you will need to ship your item to us, and our support team will email you an estimate for specific repair costs. Repairs costs for items out of warranty start at $20 but may be more depending on work required. Our Gear Specialists will give you an estimate before any repair is started.
