Ultralight Travel Pillow

This is a bit of an unusual review as it relates to a product that didn't work out. I'd ordered and received a travel pillow awhile ago and it worked out great, very comfortable and lightweight. I later ordered another similar pillow for my wife and it came with a defective valve. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new pillow and paid for the return shipping. Unfortunately the new pillow also had a defective valve and it appears there must have been a bad batch from the factory. When I informed customer service of the problem with the second pillow I received a full refund without any issues, they were aware of the problem. I didn't even have to send back the defective pillow. I've ordered a number of products from Outdoor Vitals previously, all to great satisfaction. I highly commend them for standing by their products when things go sideways as can happen with any manufacturer.

Same as what others are saying. Waste of money will not hold air valve does not work. This alone may change my opinion of this company. They seem unwilling to make it right

Valve is a big opening with a flimsy bit of rubber to hold the air in when you are done inflating. I got 2 of them for a trip overseas. Neither of the pillows hold air long enough to close the valve. Add to that insane amount of pressure you have to put on the valve to close it and there is no way to end up with an inflated pillow. I would give it a 0/5 if I could.

This pillow is impossible to get sealed with air still in the pillow. I asked customer service about this problem and didn't even get an answer. Would NOT buy again. Big fail tribe.

I use this pillow every night. It’s perfect for sleeping in my hammock. Since moving to a hammock, I have no aches and pains. This pillow keeps me from getting a crick in my neck. Worth its weight in gold. Thanks
