Product Care

Before your trip:

  1. Check The valve. Press the valve flap inward if it got pushed out during shipping.
  2. Wet the valve slightly to clean it and ensure it seals when inflated.
  3. Using your mouth, inflate the pillow with as much air as possible to set the valve in place. Leave it inflated overnight.
  4. Size the shock cord to your sleeping pad so you have it ready when you go camping.
  5. Watch this video if you need more help.

Wash Instructions:

Close the valve prior to cleaning to avoid letting moisture into the pillow. Hand wash with warm water and soft soap/detergent then hang to dry.
How long does shipping take?

Orders for in-stock items will begin processing 1-2 days after your online purchase is completed. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays in the United States. Once processed, Priority shipping generally takes 1-3 days to arrive. Note that USPS Priority shipping is a time estimate and not guaranteed. You will receive an email notification once your package leaves our warehouse.

If you place an order that includes a backordered or pre-sale item, we will hold the entire order until the pre-sale item is in stock. If you would like to receive the in-stock items sooner and split your order into two shipments, please place two separate orders or pay an additional shipping fee to have the order divided into two shipments.
Do you ship to addresses outside the US?

Some countries may be excluded from our shipping options due to extremely high shipping costs, unsafe conditions for US carriers, or unreliable delivery services. To check if we can ship to your country, please go to the Checkout page and enter your shipping address.

Customers have the option to prepay duties and taxes for certain countries. If these fees are not prepaid, customers may be responsible for them upon delivery, depending on the import laws and regulations of their respective countries. *Please note: Clearance items are final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items such as soft flasks (included with our Skyline Fastpack) cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons. If you choose to return your fastpack, a $15 charge per bottle or flask will be deducted from your refund, unless the bottles or flasks are returned with their original packaging still intact.
