Your Pursuit Hybrid Fleece is a high performance piece of gear. It needs some extra attention to keep it performing at the highest level.

Please read through the care instructions below to ensure that you care for it properly:

Before Washing

• Never wash your jacket in a washing machine that has an agitator.
• If you cannot follow either of these prior instructions you should hand wash your jacket using the detergent and drying process described below.

The Wash & Dry Process

1. Use a mild detergent like Dreft (for babies) or Nikwax (for technical gear).
2. Choose Low Spin or Delicate wash.
3. Choose Cold Wash & Cold Rinse.
4. Hang dry until the jacket is completely dry.
5. Then loft and redistribute your insulation in the dryer by running it for 10 minutes on low or no heat with 3 dryer balls.

Orders for in-stock items will begin processing 1-2 days after your online purchase is completed. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays in the United States. Once processed, Priority shipping generally takes 1-3 days to arrive. Note that USPS Priority shipping is a time estimate and not guaranteed. You will receive an email notification once your package leaves our warehouse.

If you place an order that includes a backordered or pre-sale item, we will hold the entire order until the pre-sale item is in stock. If you would like to receive the in-stock items sooner and split your order into two shipments, please place two separate orders or pay an additional shipping fee to have the order divided into two shipments.

Some countries may be excluded from our shipping options due to extremely high shipping costs, unsafe conditions for US carriers, or unreliable delivery services. To check if we can ship to your country, please go to the Checkout page and enter your shipping address.

Customers have the option to prepay duties and taxes for certain countries. If these fees are not prepaid, customers may be responsible for them upon delivery, depending on the import laws and regulations of their respective countries. *Please note: Clearance items are final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items such as soft flasks (included with our Skyline Fastpack) cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons. If you choose to return your fastpack, a $15 charge per bottle or flask will be deducted from your refund, unless the bottles or flasks are returned with their original packaging still intact.

Our gear is made with the goal in mind of balancing ultralight weight, performance, comfort and durability. We believe in the “Live Ultralight” mantra so we focus on ultralight weight and performance while maintaining durability thresholds established for each product.

Our warranty covers manufacturing & workmanship defects for the Expected Lifespan of our products. Expected Product Lifespan is determined by OV Gear Specialists using the following criteria:

• Product design intent & materials specifications
• Intended use of the product
• The specific issue encountered with the product
• The age of the product (based on Manufacture date)

The Pursuit Hybrid Fleece fits true to size, but customers who want a close midlayer fit often size down one.

The jacket has an athletic cut — if you plan to wear it as a standalone outer layer over a base layer, order your standard size. If you're primarily using it as a midlayer under a shell, you should order your standard size. Yes, the Pursuit Hybrid Fleece is available in tall sizing from L-Tall through 2XL-Tall, in addition to standard sizes S through 3XL. The tall cut provides extra sleeve and torso length — important for maintaining coverage during overhead movement, pack carry, and climbing approaches where standard sizing often rides up.

The Pursuit Hybrid Fleece is designed for active use in temperatures below 40°F (4°C), with real-world use documented down to the low 20s°F when paired with an outer down layer. Its mapped Primaloft® Evolve insulation retains warmth during slower movement and rest stops, while the hybrid grid fleece panels aggressively vent heat while still providing minimal insulation during high-exertion activity — allowing continuous wear without overheating across a wide temperature swing.

The Pursuit Hybrid Fleece is designed to function primarily as a technical midlayer, but may also be used as a standalone outer layer depending on conditions. During high-exertion activities in cool-to-cold conditions, the DWR-treated 30D stretch-woven nylon face provides enough wind and light moisture resistance for outer-layer use.
