Before Washing

Never wash your Skyline Shorts in a washing machine that has an agitator.
If you cannot follow the prior instructions you should hand wash your product

The Wash & Dry Process

1. Common laundry detergent is fine.
2. Normal wash cycles are fine.
3. Choose Cold Wash & Cold Rinse (add extra rinse if possible).
4. Dry on low heat.

Orders for in-stock items will begin processing 1-2 days after your online purchase is completed. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays in the United States. Once processed, Priority shipping generally takes 1-3 days to arrive. Note that USPS Priority shipping is a time estimate and not guaranteed. You will receive an email notification once your package leaves our warehouse.

If you place an order that includes a backordered or pre-sale item, we will hold the entire order until the pre-sale item is in stock. If you would like to receive the in-stock items sooner and split your order into two shipments, please place two separate orders or pay an additional shipping fee to have the order divided into two shipments.

Some countries may be excluded from our shipping options due to extremely high shipping costs, unsafe conditions for US carriers, or unreliable delivery services. To check if we can ship to your country, please go to the Checkout page and enter your shipping address.

Customers have the option to prepay duties and taxes for certain countries. If these fees are not prepaid, customers may be responsible for them upon delivery, depending on the import laws and regulations of their respective countries. *Please note: Clearance items are final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items such as soft flasks (included with our Skyline Fastpack) cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons. If you choose to return your fastpack, a $15 charge per bottle or flask will be deducted from your refund, unless the bottles or flasks are returned with their original packaging still intact.

Our warranty covers manufacturing & workmanship defects for the Expected Lifespan of our products. Expected Product Lifespan is determined by OV Gear Specialists using the following criteria:

• Intended use of the product
• The specific issue encountered with the product
• The age of the product (based on Manufacture date)

The Skyline Trail Joggers are built for high-output movement, hot-weather hiking, ultralight backpacking, thru-hiking, travel, and long days on trail. They are designed for people who want the breathability and freedom of shorts with the full-length protection of pants.

Yes. The Skyline Trail Joggers are specifically designed for warm to mild conditions. They use full-length mesh ventilation panels, a vented crotch gusset, and a rear yoke vent to help move heat and moisture away from your body while still protecting your legs from sun, bugs, and light brush.

The joggers use jersey knit mesh polyester in key heat zones, including the outer legs, crotch, and rear yoke. This allows airflow through the pants while you move, making them much cooler than traditional hiking pants that rely mostly on loose fabric or small vents.

The Skyline Trail Joggers weigh around 6.5 oz, making them less than half the weight of many traditional trail pants. They are designed to pack small, move easily, and provide full-length coverage without the bulk of heavier hiking pants.

Yes. The Skyline Trail Joggers provide full-length coverage for protection from sun, bugs, and light brush. They also have a UPF 50+ rating, making them a strong option for exposed trails, desert hiking, alpine routes, and long summer miles where shorts may leave your legs too exposed.

Yes, but they are not waterproof. The main fabric has a PFAS-free C0 DWR treatment to help shed light moisture and splashes. This treatment is useful for sweat, damp trail conditions, streamside use, and brief light precipitation, but the joggers should not replace rain pants in sustained rain or wet storms.

Yes. The lightweight polyester fabric, mesh ventilation, and moisture-wicking construction are designed to dry quickly after sweat, light rain, water crossings, or washing. This helps reduce clamminess, odor buildup, and chafing during long trail days.

The Skyline Trail Joggers have a comfortable trail fit without excess fabric. They use mechanical stretch fabric, articulated knees, a gusseted crotch, elastic hems, and an elastic waistband with drawcord to move naturally while hiking, climbing, scrambling, or covering long miles.

The Skyline Trail Joggers have 2 hip pockets and 1 zippered rear pocket with a YKK zipper. This gives you simple storage for small essentials while keeping the pants lightweight and streamlined for backpacking, hiking, and trail movement.
