Bill W. A good night's sleep has always been difficult in the back country for me. I have a thinner light weight pad for my big backpacking trips, but I needed another pad for car camping and shorter hikes. I started a new job were I live out of a tent about 14 nights/month and needed to be more comfortable. This pad was the ticket! I am just over 6 feet tall and 220lbs, so I bottom out on a number of pads if I start rolling over or don't have it fully inflated, hasn't happened on this pad yet! The stretchy top material feels super comfortable with my quilt. I sleep pretty well through the night now and don't have to wake up and roll over every 1.5 hours.

Wesley I am a large guy—250 lbs—and a side sleeper. I used to carry a 3-inch inflatable and closed cell pad. I am hoping this pad can keep me off the ground. Testing at home says yes, and I take it on trial this weekend! The top is also a nice fabric, not too slippery.

Though have inflated it and quickly fell in love.. Given the thickness and width.. me being a side sleeper this appesrs to fit the bill.
Unfortunately i cant attest for warmth yet. Though the extra few ounces defintely worth it for me for a comfortable night sleep.
The price point was fair and looking forward to this beinf my go to pad.
