The Skyline Trail Joggers are engineered with a perfect balance of protection, versatility, and mobility. These pants are designed for extended trips in the backcountry and comfort during active pursuits.

  • Designed For The Trail: Unlike traditional hiking pants, the Skyline Trail Joggers are built to give you unrestricted movement while allowing your legs to breathe easily. The carefully honed fit allows for airflow without feeling overly roomy, ensuring comfort even during intense activities.
  • Ultralight & Protective: At just 6.5 oz, these joggers are less than half the weight of other trail pants, but still provide full length protection from bugs, light brush along the trail, & UV rays.
  • Enhanced Full Length Ventilation: With targeted diamond pattern mesh placement, the Skyline Trail Joggers offer excellent ventilation in the crotch and all the way down both legs.
  • Quick-Drying and Odor-Resistant: Thanks to their quick-drying ability and moisture-wicking fabrics, these pants prevent odor buildup, allowing you to stay fresh and comfortable even after long days on the trail. This will also help you avoid chafing.

Whether you're hiking, running in cold weather, working out, or simply relaxing, these pants are built to perform during your active lifestyle. Add them to your gear arsenal and conquer your adventures with confidence.

    Good replacement for zipoffs

I always wear long pants to protect from sun and shrubbery. Always trying to save weight, these cut the weight in half for that item. Comfortable and easy on and off. Not chilly in the morning. I haven't abused them enough to see how they handle the grabby bushes, though.

    Nettle-me-not

Besides mosquitos and horseflies, wood nettles overhanging southern Appalachian trails are common nuisances to summer hikers. These lightweight, ventilated joggers deliver warm-weather comfort with leg protection that eliminates nettle stings and cuts down on insect bites. I’m planning to treat them with Permethrin, which should repel ticks better that shorts and socks treatments alone. Well worth the money and weight for backcountry backpackers.

I love these Skyline joggers. Good pockets, good cinch chord, made of good material and, of course, the venting is just perfect. I own two pair. I wear the joggers in the morning with my Skyline trail shorts underneath. I dig them big time.

I love these joggers. I took them on a fishing trip, and they saved the day. They kept me comfortable when there were no breeze. Great for hiking, too!

good for home, not the trail

While lightweight, breathable and comfortable - know that the material reacts poorly to dirt and water. Any drops of water on the material will leave a stain-like line on the fabric until washed. After a couple days on the trail, it looked as though I'd been living in them for months.
Hard pass for me on more than day hikes until the material is updated
