Thermarest NeoAir XLite NXT Sleeping Pad

I have only used this pad for one camping trip, but it did the job in mid-20° weather. It kept me warm and comfortable.

I purchased this pad for a recent backpacking trip. First night on the trail (of multiple) and first time using the pad, the pad was completely flat after five hours. There was no damage to the pad and had multiple layers of fabric under the pad (tent floor & ground cloth) to protect it from physical damage. When contacted OV about the issue, they provided the OEM contact information. I have made multiple attempts to get warranty support without any responses from OEM. So stuck with a bad pad and no luck with getting support.
