Our focus as a company is to build and design the best performing and durable gear we can. Our belief is that the best way to help our planet is to design gear that won't end up in landfills.
Most of our energy goes into this idea.
When possible we will choose the recycled products, however, we often put our focus on durability and performance first. All LoftTek insulation is in fact 100% recycled. One long-lasting or durable product is better for the environment than two "green" products that don't last long.
We currently manufacture in Vietnam and China. Our Vietnamese factories are growing while we move more of our business form China. All of our factories are factories we walk through and see first hand.
While not every factory has gone through the certification programs to show fair labor, every factory that is large enough to warrant it has. The only uncertified factories we utilize are smaller factories. In these ones Outdoor Vitals has enough sway to ensure fair labor.
