How long is standard vs priority shipping?

Our standard shipping is 5-7 business days vs 2-3 for priority.

Do you sell spare straps or stuff sacks?  

Unfortunately we do not currently produce spare stuff sacks or straps.

Returns & Exchanges

In order to return your purchase, the following must be true:

  • The item has not been used and is in original, saleable condition
  • You purchased your product(s) from OutdoorVitals.com 
  • The original tags are attached
  • If it is within 30 days of the original purchase date you are eligible to receive a refund.
Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.
Once a refund is issued, your banking institution may take up to 10 business for this to be applied to your account.

What if I ordered from Amazon.com? 

Please proceed with your return or replacement through Amazon.com

  • Log in to your amazon account
  • Find "my orders" under "my account"
  • Find the item and select "return or replace"

From there you will be guided through Amazon's return or replacement
process.
